Rick Auman is a strategy, change, and leadership consultant who helps diverse clients create their own future. He has over 15 years’ experience helping government, military, corporate and healthcare organizations reach their goals – equipping them to overcome obstacles, implement effective strategies and build strong working relationships.

He has held the position of senior manager/senior advisor for the Transformation and Change Solutions Group at BearingPoint, formerly KPMG Consulting, and has served as director for organizational performance consulting at Star Mountain of Alexandria, VA. Currently he teaches undergraduate and graduate leadership curriculum at National-Louis University.

As president of Future Success, he helps clients in the Washington, DC area through services focused on strategic planning, leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational alignment. He also provides presentations and seminars and appears at local speaking engagements.

Rick is a retired Marine Corps officer with a master’s degree in organizational development from American University/National Training Laboratories and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. He combines academic training, practical strategies and an ongoing awareness of global trends to help clients excel in a changing world.
